This arrangement features Birds of Paradise, orange/red roses, with purple dendrobium orchid stems, a monstera leaf and other accent greenery.
This arrangement needs 48-hour notice. Please call if you need them same day. Wednesday is the best day to place an order for tropical arrangements, supplies will be the freshest.

When ordering a Designer's Choice arrangement, you are placing your trust in our professional designers to create a beautiful arrangement using their creativity, expertise, and the freshest flowers available. Designer's Choice arrangements are uniquely designed at the florist's discretion and are not intended to be exact replicas of any displayed photograph.
Flower & Container Substitutions
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers may be necessary due to seasonal availability, market conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. When substitutions are required, we will make every effort to maintain the overall style, theme, color scheme, and intended value of your selected arrangement. Substituted items will be of equal or greater value.
Some arrangements may feature one-of-a-kind vases or containers that cannot be exactly replicated. In these instances, a suitable alternative will be selected to complement the overall design.
If any particular flower, color, or design element is especially important to your order, please include those details in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, specific flowers and design elements cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by our staff.
Floral Delivery Policy
We offer local delivery to help make every floral order special. Delivery fees and availability vary based on the delivery location. We do our best to accommodate requested delivery times; however, specific delivery times are not always guaranteed. Delivery routes are planned based on order volume, location, traffic, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.
For time-sensitive deliveries, such as Funerals and Celebrations of Life, we prioritize these orders and will make every effort to ensure the flowers arrive at least one hour prior to the scheduled service. Please provide the exact service time, venue name, and complete address when placing your order.
For deliveries to homes, businesses, hospitals, and other locations, we will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the requested timeframe and before end of business day. If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location or contact the recipient for further delivery instructions.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and recipient contact information. Additional delivery attempts or address changes may result in additional delivery charges.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cutoff and is subject to product, driver, and delivery-area availability.
At Morningside Florist, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every arrangement we create. Because floral arrangements are custom-designed, perishable products, all sales are considered final except in cases where an item arrives defective or damaged.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept refund or replacement requests only when an arrangement or product arrives damaged, defective, or does not meet the quality standards we promise.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report an issue. A photograph clearly showing the concern must be provided so our team can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
Photographs & Design Variations

Variations in flower varieties, colors, containers, and overall design may occur due to seasonal availability, market conditions, and the creative discretion of our designers.
Differences between a product photograph and the delivered arrangement, including variations in Designer's Choice arrangements, are not considered defects or grounds for a refund. Customers purchasing Designer's Choice arrangements acknowledge that the final design is left to the professional judgment and creativity of our floral designers.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued solely because an arrangement differs from the displayed photograph or does not match a customer's personal design preferences.
How to Report an Issue
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at Hello@morningsideflorist.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your full name and/or recipient's full name.
Your order number, if available.
Clear photographs showing the issue.
Our team will review your request and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.
Approved refunds are processed promptly through the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
