At Morningside Florist, we take pride in creating high-quality floral arrangements and gifts for every occasion. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we are happy to accommodate cancellations under the following guidelines:

1. Same-Day Cancellations (Day Order Was Placed)

Orders canceled on the same day they were placed are eligible for a full refund.

2. Advance Cancellations (At Least 2 Days Before Delivery Date)

Orders canceled two or more days prior to the scheduled delivery date will be refunded, subject to a 3% processing fee to cover transaction costs.

3. Last-Minute Cancellations (On the Delivery Date)

Orders canceled on the delivery date, after arrangements have already been prepared, will be refunded subject to a 5% fee to cover labor and materials.

4. Agreement on Disputes

By placing an order with Morningside Florist, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy. You also agree not to initiate a chargeback or credit card dispute for any cancellation or refund request that falls within these guidelines, as refunds are handled directly by Morningside Florist in accordance with this policy.
